PRIN TRIALs innova le linee guida di pianificazione per ricostruire meglio. Le linee guida si baseranno sulle potenzialità dei luoghi, definendo scenari di sviluppo territoriale all'insegna della resilienza trasformativa. Il percorso italiano verso la resilienza trasformativa è ostacolato da un gap tra pianificazione territoriale e pianificazione per la gestione del processo di recupero, elaborata ogni volta ex novo. La proposta muove dai più recenti avanzamenti della ricerca sulle potenzialità delle biografie locali e delle tecniche partecipative. In questa cornice, la pianificazione per scenari sperimenta una resilienza in azione, offrendo alle comunità una prospettiva per identificare sviluppi futuri nell'epoca del multirischio.

PRIN TRIALs innovates planning guidelines for building back better. The guidelines will be based on places' potential, defining territorial development scenarios under the banner of transformative resilience. The Italian path to transformative resilience is hindered by a gap between land-use planning and planning for managing the recovery process, drawn up each time from scratch. The proposal moves from the most recent research advancements on the potential of local biographies and participatory techniques. In this frame, planning by scenarios experiments a resilience-in-action, offering communities a perspective to identify future developments in a multirisk age.
